OUR OLD EMERALD TOWN HOUSES
We had a great time making our models. There is a local pub in this area and also all these others........... a hotel, farm, barber, coffee shop, police station, doctor, post-office, gold office, general store, gun shop and a church. Just like Emerald used to be.
There are 13 shops and 4 houses, which makes 17 buildings to make up one whole town of Emerald.
In 1960 there were 10 shops, in 1970 there were 20, in 1980 35 shops, in 1990 37 and in 2000 there are 60 shops....by Jess

| For my school I used bark sticks dirt card board hot glue and a tile.Its meant to be the Emerald school in the 1800's. In its day they had dirt floor. by Tyson | I made my hut out of bark and sticks. First I made up some plaster and stuck it in the plaster. Then I got one more stick and stuck it on the top of the base. I tied some thread on both of the sticks hold it together. My hut is based on an old Doctor's tent some time in 1800's. by Jason.H |

| This is my store. I made it out of twin, bark and sticks. My store sells milk, bread and other items. All of the things in the store are 20% OFF. First I built my frame out of sticks.
