Cardinia reservoir.
Cardinia Reservoir was made  in  the 1960's  and was finished in 1973.    I interviewed   Craig  Reaburn  (who works at the  school  as a I.T Technician)and who also used to be a student at Emerald Primary School. He was a part of the construction of Cardinia reservoir.  He drove a bulldozer and  cleared out the trees.  All the houses on the area where the reservoir was to be built were sold and destroyed.  The roads were closed and moved.   Craig was sixteen years old when he was working on the job.   It took three years to complete and bought many people to Emerald.
