Brief Introduction

T.V. Rays is about a young boy named Horace and he spends all of his time in front of the T.V. with his sister named Bettina. He drives his parents nuts!! One day Horace got drawn into the television set. Horace visits a lot of popular T.V. shows and meets his teacher along the way.
